摘要
用硫酸对提纯膨润土进行活化改性制得酸改性膨润土,研究了酸改性膨润土处理含Pb2+废水的适宜条件。结果表明:当Pb2+初始浓度为10mg/L时,用土量为8g/L,pH=7,室温,振速180r/min,吸附时间15mins,酸改性膨润土对Pb2+的去除率可达99.6%。处理后pb2+残留浓度低于国家排放标准。使用过的酸改性膨润土经过再生,其对含pb2+废水的处理效果仍然令人满意。本研究为膨润土的改性及其对含重金属废水的处理提供了重要的参考数据。
Purified bentonite was modified with sulfuric acid in this paper. Then the suitable condition of removing Pb^2+ by acid-modified bentonite was studied. The results show that when the initial concentration of Pb^2+ is 10mg/L, the removal ratio of Pb^2+ by acid-modified bentonite can reach greater than 99.6% under the following condition., the dosage of acid-modified bentonite is 8g/L, pH=7, the stirring velocity is 180r/min, the adsorption time is 15mins. The residual concentration of Pb^2+ is less than the national effluent concentration limit after the treatment by acid-modified bentonite. The efficiency of treatment was still satisfying after the used acid-modified bentonite was regenerated and reused. This research provides valuable date for bentonite's modification and its application in treating heavy metal wastewater.
