摘要
针对白牛厂复杂铅锌硫化矿选矿中存在的问题,研究了高碱介质中方铅矿、铁闪锌矿、磁黄铁矿的浮选行为及其分选的条件与药剂制度,提出了处理该类矿石的分选新工艺。将调整剂石灰与捕收剂乙硫氮、丁基黄药同时加入磨机,充分利用石灰对矿浆电位的调控与稳定作用,以及在石灰造成的低氧化还原电位下乙硫氮对矿物的选择捕收作用,实现铅与锌、硫铁的高效分离。该工艺在白牛厂选矿厂应用后,与原工艺相比,生产指标显著提高,铅精矿含锌降到4.2%,铅精矿品位提高9.95%可达53.19%,回收率提高1.5%约93.32%,锌精矿品位提高1.88%达41.20%,锌的回收率提高6.63%约为88.36%。达到铅精矿降锌和提高精矿质量和回收率的目的,药剂耗量大幅度降低,分选流程简化,取得了显著的经济效益。
The floatation characteristics,separation condition and reagents system of Bainiuchang mineral in strong alkaline pulp were studied and a new process was proposed. In the experiment butyl xanthate,DDTC and lime were added into mills at the same time.Making use of lime's dominate and stabilization for the pulp potential as well as slectivity of DDTC on minerals,the lead-zinc sulfide minerals could get effective separation.Compared with the original process ,the floatation index in the new process enhanced remarkably. The result of practice showed thar the grade and recovery of lead concentrate coule be raised 9.95% and 1.5% reaching to 53.19% and 93.32%respectively, and that, which of zinc concentrate coule be raised about 1.88% and 6.63% reaching to 41.20% and 88.36%respectively.Moreover, reagents requirements were reduced, separation flowesheet were simplified,therefore the marked economic were attained.
