金昌冶炼厂引进的奥斯麦特熔炼工艺试生产期间存在炉衬寿命短、炉子供料不稳定、烟气中单体硫含量高、重油系统无法正常使用等诸多问题,炉子生产作业率低,环境污染严重。通过对工艺系统改进与完善,技术经济指标得到改善,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。

For Ausmelt Smelting Process used by J inchang Smelter, during its trail production, there were many problems such as： the life-span of the furnace refractory bricks was short, the material supply of the furnace was unstable, the element-sulfur content in the waste gas was high, and the heavy oil system could not operated normally. After analyzing and improving the process system, the technical and economic indexes were improved, and good social and economic benefits were obtained.
