摘要
本文从21世纪本科人才培养的角度阐述了重新制定“非物理类理工学科大学物理课程教学基本要求”的背景和意义,通过与原《基本要求》(1995年版)的对比,分析了新的《基本要求》的撰写思路、结构框架和主要特点,以期有助于对新的《基本要求》的理解和贯彻.
the background and significance of reenactment of ＂Basic Requirement for the Course of University Physics for Students of Science and Engineering Except Physics＂ was elucidated in the eyes of undergraduate student education in the 21st century. The ideation, frame and main characteristics of the ＂Basic Requirement＂ were construed by comparing with its previous edition published in 1995. It was expected that the paper would be helpful to comprehending and carrying out the reenacted ＂Basic Requirement＂.
