摘要
运用半导体的PN结扩散电流与电压关系特性,精确地测量了玻尔兹曼常数.实验选取了两种不同的温度环境,应用Origin6.0绘图软件进行了实验数据分析和处理,并对测量结果进行了比较.该实验对弱电流间接测量的方法对其他相关的实验有很好的借鉴作用.
Based on the relationship between the diffusion current and voltage of PN junction, the Boltzmann＇s constant is measured with high accuracy. Data under two different environmental temperatures are analyzed and processed with Origin 6.0, and the two results are compared. The indirect method of measuring weak current is helpful for other related experiments.
