摘要
以n-BuLi为引发剂、环己烷为溶剂、二乙二醇二甲醚(2G)为调节剂、二乙烯基苯(DVB)为第二单体或偶联剂,由丁二烯以阴离子均聚合或共聚合方法全成了支化型中乙烯基聚丁二烯.考察了基础分子量(MB)、DVB及2G的加入量、反应时间对聚合物的支化度(f)、分子量分布指数(ID)、特性粘度([η])以及屈服强度(Ty)影响的规律性,结果表明:DVB的两种加入方式均能形成不同支化形式以及不同支化程度的中乙烯基聚丁二烯,使f、ID、以及Ty都得到相应的提高.
The branched medium vinyl polybutadiene is synthesised by anionichomogeneous polymerization or copolymerization with n-BuLi as initiator, cyclohexane as solvent,diglycoldimethylether (2G) as regulator,and divinylbenzene (DVB) as the second monomer or the coupling agent.It is investigated that the basic molecular weight (MB) of polymer ,the dosage of DVB and 2G ,and reaction time influence the regularity of branched degree (f), molecular weight distribution (ID),intrinsic viscosity ([η]),and the yield strength (Ty) of polybutadiene. The results show that the medium vinyl polybutadiene with different branching shape and different branching degree can be obtained by both polymerizations,and the f, ID,[η],and Ty of polymer all are increased.
