摘要
为了解陆眠宁对机体生理及血液学指标的影响,本实验采用常规血液学检测方法,对10只健康家兔肌肉注射陆眠宁后,在麻醉状态下进行血液指标测定,并与非麻醉状态的血液指标进行了比较。结果表明,红细胞总数,红细胞压积,白细胞总数差异极显著(<0.01);其中嗜中性白细胞比例下降(<0.01),淋巴细胞和嗜酸性白细胞,单核细胞比例升高(<0.05),其他血液指标无明显变化。说明陆眠宁对家兔血液指标有明显的影响,在进行血液分析和试验数据测定时,必须对使用麻醉剂的影响合理评估。
In order to learn the influence of physiology and hematology index of rabbit by Lumiarming, ten rabbits were injected Lumianning by intramuscular injection and determined hematology index in the drugged state and normal state. The results indicated that discrepancy was very significant on total red blood cells, total white blood cells, hematoerit. The rate of leucocyte neutrophil decrease and the rate of leukomonocyte, acidophil leukocyte, histoleucocyte increase. It was coneluded that Lumiarming has evident influence for hematology index of rabbit, so must reasonable evaluate the influence of using anesthetic when blood analysis and determine test data.
