摘要 为了提高工件的使用寿命,采用化学镀工艺使纳米碳管与镍磷在45#钢上共沉积获得复合镀层。利用SEM、TEM、EDS等分析手段对Ni-P-CNTs镀层组织结构进行分析。结果表明:Ni-P-CNTs化学复合镀层连续、均匀、无裂纹和气孔,纳米碳管在镀层中分布均匀,呈网状排布。 Directed at prolonging the longevity of work element, this paper introduces the use of electroless to make possible Carbon Nanotube and Ni-P composite coating on 45# steel and offers the analysis of the microstructure of Ni-P-CNTs coating by SEM.TEM.EDS etc measures. The results show that: Ni- P-CNTs electroless composite coating proves even and features neither the crack nor the blowhole, carbon nanotube distributes evenly in coating and assumes the netted distribution.
