摘要
以静态测量方式为主的三坐标测量机已不能满足高速测量的要求。在分析动态误差对测量精度的影响基础上,对三轴空间位置、测头运行参数、测量速度分别进行了定量数据采集和比较分析。结果表明:各个动态误差因素之间不独立,共同影响测量机的测量精度。有针对性地提出了减少动态误差的途径,为高速测量机的设计和使用提供了参考依据。
Coordinate measuring machines which work at static state hasn't met the demand of high speed measuring. Based on analyzing the influence of dynamic errors on measuring precision, space position of three axes, moving parameters of probe and measuring velocity also be acquired and analyzed. The result shows that each dynamic error aren' t independence, they influence the measuring precision together. In this paper, several methods of decreasing dynamic errors of CMMs are presented with pertinence, which has reference values for the design and use of high speed CMMs.
