摘要
为了讨论生产、库存、销售系统的控制问题,提出了鲁棒调节器和目标优化相结合的方法。该方法既能使目标函数,即累计生产和库存的误差平方和达到最小,又保证了稳态时系统输出趋向于理想库存和理想产出,所得结果具有二者共同的优点。实例分析表明,按照该方法设计的生产、库存、销售系统能够快速、平稳的趋向于预期结果,可操作性较强。
To solve the manipulative problem of production inventory sales system, this paper gives a method of combining robust controller with objective optimization. This method can ensure that the objective function (accumulative error square sum of production and inventory) is minimum and the output of the system tends to the ideal inventory and production when the system is stable, the result shows both advantages of them. Practical analysis shows that the production inventory sales system designed by this method can tend to yield the anticipated result on a more quick and stable basis.
