摘要
文中利用缓慢饱和吸收体研究飞秒脉冲振荡锁模,指出了在孤立子基础上引起的连续波固体激光锁模机制及提高稳定性振荡的有利条件.这种锁摸机制和在激光器中存在的位相锁模及中心带宽增益均对飞秒脉冲载波频率调整有着很大的影响.
The possibility of Mode-Locking of the ultra-short pulses (USP) using slow saturable absorbers is studied. It is shown that the lasing stability can be improved due to a new quasi-soliton mechanism of mode-locking in continuous wave (CW) solid-state lasers. This Mode-Locking mechanism closely related with phase self-modulation in the laser and with detuning of the USP carrier frequency from the gain band center.
