自交换串联环流反应器系统及其在H_2S脱除中的应用

摘要 为提高气液吸收-解吸或气液催化反应-催化剂再生过程的效率,减小此类过程的能耗,开发了自交换反应器系统。该系统由两个内环流反应器串联构成,流体从一个反应器上部的气液分离区流入交换管道,在管道中的液柱与反应器内气液混相的密度差作用下,流入另一反应器底部,在不使用泵的情况下,实现反应器间的物料交换,交换速度随反应器中气含率的提高而提高。将该系统应用于铁基液相氧化-还原脱除硫化氢的过程,在实验室规模下,实现了硫化氢吸收和络合铁吸收剂再生的联合运转。 An automatic intercycle loop reactor system, with air-lift loop reactors connected by a pipeline, was developed to improve the efficiency and reduce the energy consumption in absorption-desorption process and catalyzed gas-liquid reactions combined with catalytic regenesis. Fluid flows out of the gas-liquid separation zone at the top of one reactor and enters the bottom of the other one due to the density difference between the fluid in the pipeline and the gas-liquid mixture in the reactors. The interchange of fluid between the two reactors increases with increasing gas hold-up in the reactors. The auto-intercycle system was applied to desulphurization of natural gas using a ferric coordination compound as the catalyst. The process automatically absorbs the hydrogen sulfide and then regenerates the ferric solutions.
