摘要
介绍了高校图书馆临时工管理研究的意义,分析了临时工的特征、工作状况,指出了图书馆临时工管理中存在的问题并提出了一些建议。
This paper has introduced the significance of casual worker management in universities libraries, analyzed the characteristics and conditions of casual workers, pointed out the problems existing in casual worker management, and put forward solutions to these problems.
