摘要
对开放存取(Open Access)的概念和历史背景做了简单的介绍,并就当前网络环境下开放存取在学术、经济、社会等方面的意义与价值进行了探讨,研究了开放存取目前的现状、存在的问题及应对措施,并就我国在开放存取方面应做的工作提出了积极的建议。
It makes simple introduction to concept and historical background of open access, and discusses the significance and value of OA on several aspects such as academic, economy, social and so on. It analyses present situation, existing problem and measures of open access, and makes active suggestions to OA in our country.
