企业战略变革:概念、整合理论模型与测量方法 被引量:6

A Study on Definition,Integrated Theoretical Model and Measurement Methods of Strategic Change for Firms

摘要 战略变革作为战略管理领域研究的热点,西方学者已经进行了大量研究,其中实证研究是其主流的研究方法。国内有关战略变革的研究大多为一些定性的研究。鉴于此,本文对国内外战略变革理论与测量方法进行了归纳、阐述和修正,以期推动国内学者采用国际主流的研究方法对战略变革进行研究。本文基于"变革"与"战略"两个维度界定战略变革内涵,架构了战略变革概念模型;分析了战略变革内容和过程学派的两个经典模型,修正阐释Rajagopalan & Spreitzer的战略变革整合理论模型;比较分析了战略变革的5种测量方法。修正说明Ginsberg的战略变革综合测量框架;对战略变革测量与实证的未来发展提出了几点建议。 With strategic change being focus in strategic management, the western scholars have already conducted the massive researches, whose mainstream research method is the empirical. Researches on strategic change can rarely been found in China, and most of which is qualitative research. In view of this, in the article the author carried induction, illustration and modification on the theory and measurement methodologies of strategic change domestic and abroad. Main contributions of this article as follows: (1) Based on the two dimensions of 'change' and 'strategy ' , defined strategic change and construct the conceptual model on strategic change; (2) illustrated the two classical model of the content and process school of strategic change, modified and explained the integrated theoretical model on strategic change constructed by Rajagopalan and Spreitzer; (3) comparatively analyzed five measurement methods on strategic change, modified and set forth the Ginsberg' s synthetic measurement framework; and (4) put forward several proposals for measurement and test of strategic change in the future.
