The crises occurred in every field has their own developing process.in the developing process,different crises present not only their own characteristics but also somewhat collective social traits;what is more,they have their own lifecycles on the basis of different life phases.the author will analyse the social traits of crices and put forward the countermeasures from crises management perspechive.
