基于OPS的循环经济拓展模型及其应用——以上海为例

An Extended Circular Economy Model and its Application Based on Objectivity-Process-Subjectivity Analysis

发展循环经济已经上升为国家发展战略,要求我们对循环经济的理论和实践进行深化研究,本文章分析了循环经济基础模型及其在实践中存在的问题,从对象—过程—主体(简写为OPS)三维的整合思考,提出了基于OPS的循环经济拓展模型,并以上海为例阐述了该模型的应用思路。

As circular economy has become the national strategy, it is necessary to deepen our study on the theory of circular economy and practice as well. After pointing out the limitation of the basic circular economy model, an extended circular economy model which based on objectivity-process-subjectivity analysis is brought forward in this paper. On the basis of this model, this paper expatiate its application based on Shanghai＇ s practice.
