摘要
随着工会社会影响的日趋衰落,近年来,在产业关系领域的研究中越来越多地关注工会和雇佣组织之间的伙伴关系的发展。对此,各种观点争论不休。有些观点认为,这是近来工会生存战略和中立立场导致的结果,而另外有观点将其视为是一种真正社会进步,对经营组织的竞争力至关重要。本文通过对相关文献的梳理,明确社会合作伙伴关系的内涵,分析成功合作伙伴关系的原则和模式。
With the decline of Trade Union' s influence, recent developments in the field of industrial relations have focused a great deal of attention on the advent of partnership agreements between trade unions and employing organizations. Opinions differ as to the cause of such agreements, some arguing that they are born of the unions' latest strategy for survival and need for relevance, whilst others see them as a genuine social advance for working people and a vital contribution to the competitiveness of business organizations. In this article, we try to clarify the meaning of social partnership and to analyze the principles and patterns of successful social partnership through analyses of related literatures.
