Research Framework on the Influence of Characteristics of Entrepreneur and Financing Scheme on the Performance of New Venture

资源是建立新创企业的关键,而创业者是创业资源的组织者。资金是一种财务资源,新创企业常常陷入融资困境。由创业者能力与创业者动机构成的创业者特征,不但影响融资方式的选择和资本的配置,也影响新创企业绩效,而不同的融资方式影响新创企业绩效。本文将创业者特征、融资方式与新创企业绩效作为关键研究要素,建立各研究要素间影响的概念模型,提出了创业者特征、融资方式对新创企业绩效影响的研究框架。

The resource is critical to create a new firm, and entrepreneur is the organizer of entrepreneurial resource. Fund is the financial resource and the new venture often run into the financing dilemma. The characteristics of the entrepreneur, including the competence and motivation, not only affect the acquisition and allocation of financial capital, but also the performance of new venture, and different financing schemes affect the performance. Given characteristics of the entrepreneur, financing schemes and the performance of new venture as three key research factors, a conceptual model is built to show the relationships between every two of factors, and the research framework is presented to reveal the influence of characteristics of the entrepreneur and financing schemes on the venture performance.
