整体医疗在慢性肾脏病患者诊疗中的应用

Application of comprehensive treatment in chronic kidney disease treatment

目的:探讨整体医疗对慢性肾脏病患者诊疗的必要性及优越性。方法:对我中心开展整体医疗3年来的经验进行总结,比较分析运用此医疗模式前后3年慢性肾脏病患者的收治情况及患者的住院回头率、门诊长期随访率和长期维持性血液透析情况。结果:病人收治量、住院回头率分别较前增加20.1%,26.2%,门诊长期随访和长期维持血液透析的患者均较前有显著增加。结论:对慢性肾脏病患者实行整体医疗服务后,更有利于提高医疗质量及工作效率,医患关系的维系长期而稳定,有利于实现病人健康的最佳效益。

Objectives.. To explore the necessity and advantages of comprehensive treatment in chronic kidney disease treatment. Methods： The cases which treated by comprehensive treatment of chronic kidney disease in the current 3 years were reviewed. The rate of choosing the same hospital for admission, outpatient visit rate and hem dialysis maintain rate were compared. The compare time was chosen by pre and after 3 years which comprehensive treatment was applied. Results： Hospital admission rate, rate of choosing the same hospital for admission was risen by 20.1% and 26.2%. outpatient visit treatment and hem dialysis patients were increased.
