经皮穴位电刺激对健康受试者脑电双频指数的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察经皮穴位电刺激对健康受试者脑电双频指数(BIS)的影响。方法选择健康成人志愿者60例,随机分为A组(穴位电刺激组)、B组(安慰刺激组)和C组(空白对照组)各20例,分别于电刺激前、电刺激30min后记录BIS、HR和MAP,并测定相应时间点外周静脉血中血管紧张素Ⅱ和皮质醇的浓度。结果A组电刺激后BIS值、HR和MAP、血管紧张素Ⅱ和皮质醇浓度较基础值显著下降,B组和C组虽然电刺激后各指标也略有下降,但与基础值比较无统计学意义。结论经皮穴位电刺激可以显著降低受试者的BIS值,使其明显放松而处于嗜睡状态,产生深度的镇静作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoints stimulation on bispectral index of health volunteers. Methods: 60 health volunteers were randomly divided into three groups: the group A (TEAS), the group B(placebo stimulation) and the group C(blank) . The BIS, HR, MAP were recorded before and after electric stimulation. At the same time, the blood samples were taken to measured the concentrations of AG II and COS by radioimmunassay. Results: Compared with the baseline values, there were significant decrease in BIS HR and MAP in the group A after electric stimulation. After electric stimulation, there were significant decrease in AG II and COS compared with baseline values in the group A, however, compared with baseline values, there were no significant statistic difference in AG II and COS in the group B and the group C. Conclusion: TEAS can significant lower bispectral index of health volunteers, and bring about deeply sedation.
