橄榄降脂胶囊治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝80例疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on Ganlanjiangzhi Capsule for 80 Patients with Hyperlipidemia Fatty Liver

目的评价橄榄降脂胶囊治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将确诊为高脂血症性脂肪肝80例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组服用橄榄降脂胶囊,对照组服用血脂康胶囊,疗程均为8周;观察两组治疗前后症状、肝脏超声、肝功能及血脂的变化。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率87.5%,两组比较差异有显著性。结论橄榄降脂胶囊具有降低血脂、改善肝功能及保护肝细胞的作用,且疗效优于对照组。

Objective： To observe the effects of Ganlanjiangzhi Capsule（橄榄降脂胶囊） for hyperlipidemia fatty liver （FLH）. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into the controlled group and the treatment group, each 40 case. Those in the treatment group were treated with Gaulanjiangzhi Capsule, while the others with Xuezhikang Capsule （血脂康胶囊）. All the patients were treated for 8 weeks. Results： The effect of the treatment group is better than of the controlled group in clinical effect. Conclusion： Ganlanjiangzhi Capsule can decrease blood lipid, improve liver function, protect liver cells and has a better curative effect than comparing group.
