镀锌钢板有机无铬钝化技术研究的进展 被引量:19

摘要 概述了国内外镀锌钢板有机无铬钝化技术涉及的有机钝化剂、涂覆与固化工艺研究的进展。认为镀锌钢板有机无铬钝化技术渐趋成熟,但仍无任何一种有机无铬钝化镀锌钢板产品能满足所有的性能要求。因此该种钢板的开发应立足于有机无铬钝化剂、涂覆与固化工艺等方面的系统性研究。 The technoloies progress about organic passivation, roll coater and curing process of chromate-free organic passivation for galvanizing sheet steel were summarized. Although this technique was advanced, all kinds of products cant t meet the properties requirement. The system research of improving technology must be carried out.
