Development and Application of Reduced Steel Rolling Technology for High Strength Bar

介绍了在半连轧生产线上开发“减量化生产”技术中采用的降低开轧温度、大压下、适当控温和控冷轧制、微合金化及高效冷却5项核心技术。该技术的应用提高了产品的综合性能,并使能耗减少,产量提高,成本降低。

Five key techniques, i. e. decreasing rolling temperature, great draught, controlled rolling and cooling, micro-alloying and high efficient cooling, used in semi-continuous bar rolling line to develop reduced steel rolling technology were introduced. The compositive properties of product was improved, and energy consumption and cost were decreased.
