Clinical Observation on the Operation of Oviduct Ligation after Michael Stark Cesarean Section:the Data of 896 Cases

目的:探讨Stark剖宫产术后腹部粘连情况及其对经腹输卵管结扎术中的影响。方法:对Stark剖宫产术后在本站行输卵管结扎术的896例(RS组)和同期传统剖宫产术后行输卵管结扎术的104例(CS组)的病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果:RS组发生腹壁粘连、大网膜与腹壁粘连、子宫与腹壁粘连等的比例显著高于CS组(P<0.05)。结论:Stark剖宫产术后腹部粘连率高,子宫与腹壁粘连对经腹输卵管结扎术有较大影响。

Objective ： To explore the status of abdominal adhesion after the operation of Michael stark cesarean section and its effect on oviduct ligation through abdomen. Methods ： Clinical data of 896 cases of uterine Micheal Stark cesarean section （ RS group） and 104 cases of abdominal oviduct ligation after traditional cesarean section （ CS group） from 2000 to 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： The incidence rates of abdominal wall adhesion, adhesion of greater omentum with abdominal wall and uterus adhesion with abdominal wall in RS group were significantly higher compared with those of CS group. Conclusion： It shows not only higher abdominal adhesion rate after Michael Stark cesarean section, but also appears greater effect of uterus adhesion with abdominal wall on the oviduct libation.
