2006年是心房颤动（房颤）的研究和治疗均取得丰硕成果的一年，在收获成功喜悦的同时，我们对房颤治疗的未来仍感到一丝忧虑。房颤治疗的现状呈现出药物、导管消融、外科治疗（尤其是微创外科）三足鼎立之势，体现了对不同的患者因病施治的原则，但同时也暴露出目前房颤的治疗缺乏最优的治疗选择。谁将主宰房颤治疗的未来呢？
