自动阈值夺获功能对起搏器电池寿命影响 被引量:3

The impact of automatic threshold capture on pulse generator longevity

摘要 自动阈值夺获功能(autocapture,AC)使起搏器能自动测试起搏阈值,动态调整起搏输出,在保证起搏安全的情况下,最大限度地降低不必要的电流耗用(current drain),从而达到延长起搏器使用寿命的目标。1994年,有自动阈值跟踪功能的单腔起搏器首先由美国圣犹达起搏器公司(St Jude Medical,SJM)研制并投入市场。1999年,圣犹达公司又推出具有AC功能的双腔起搏器(Affinity)系列。本研究旨在评价Affinity系列起搏器的AC功能对起搏器使用寿命的影响。
