摘要
针对贵州省贵阳市水资源短缺情况以及水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题,通过水资源综合利用与开发规划项目的研究认为,需要建立一种具有多层次、多用户、多水源特征的水资源配置系统对水源和需求进行全方位的时空调配。经过多方案比较,选取最为合理可行的配置方案,遵循水资源三次平衡的思路,为贵阳市未来15年的水资源优化配置提供科学依据。
Regarding to issues of water shortage or other issues related to water resources development and utilization in Guiyang City of Guizhou Province, it is suggested to build a multi-layers, multi-users, multi-resources water allocation system and implement a timely and spatial distribution of water sources and demand. After comparison of many options, the reasonable and feasible water allocation option is selected, which is in line with the idea of three-time balances of water resources and provide a scientific base for optimized allocation of water resources of Guiyang City in the next 15 years.
