绞窄性小肠梗阻46例诊治分析

Analysis of diagnosis and treatment of 46 cases with strangulating intestinal obstruction

目的:讨论绞窄性小肠梗阻的早期诊治。方法:对绞窄性小肠梗阻46例进行分析。结果:46例均行手术治疗,行粘连松解34例,行肠部分切除、肠道重建12例,其中切除肠管5～20cm9例,20～50cm3例。45例治愈,1例死亡,未出现短肠综合症。结论:根椐临床表现,结合必需的辅助检查可以早期诊断绞窄性小肠梗阻,尽早手术是治疗绞窄性小肠梗阻的关键。

Objective To discuss the early diagnosis and treatment of strangulating intestinal obstruction . Methods 46 cases with strangulating intestinal obstruction accepted from 1989 to 2005 were analyzed. Results All one died without short gut syndrome. Conclusions The strangulating intestinal obstruction could be diagnosed earlier by clinical manifestations and auxiliary examinations.The cases with strangulating intestinal obstruction should be operated as early as possible.
