多瑞吉治疗晚期癌痛的效果观察与不良反应的护理

Curative effect of Durogesic on pains in patients with advanced cancer and the nursing care of its adverse reactions

目的观察多瑞吉治疗晚期癌痛的疗效及总结药物不良反应的护理要点。方法应用多瑞吉为84例晚期癌痛患者进行镇痛治疗。结果完全缓解52例,部分缓解30例,轻度缓解1例,缓解率为98.8%;其不良反应主要为便秘、呕吐、头晕和恶心等。结论芬太尼属强效麻醉性皮肤贴剂镇痛药,可持续72 h恒速释放芬太尼多瑞吉,生物利用度高,镇痛效果稳定,患者使用方便;治疗过程应加强便秘、呕吐、头晕、恶心、排尿困难、嗜睡、皮肤瘙痒等并发症的观察及护理,以便减少患者不良反应的发生或减轻不良的症状,从而提高治疗的效果。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Durogesic on pains in patients with advanced cancer and the nursing care of its adverse reactions. Methods Durogesic was used to kill pains for 84 advanced cancer patients. Result Total relief was achieved in 52 patients, partial relief in 30 and little relief in 1, with a total relief rate of 98. 8% （83/84）. The adverse reactions included constipation, vomiting, dizziness and nausea. Conclusion Durogestic is dramatically effective in pain relieving and it is simple in use in treatment of advanced cancer pain.
