痔瘘手术后尿潴留的护理

目的总结痔瘘手术后患者尿潴留的护理要点。方法根据患者症状与体征,结合个体差异,分别对患者实施心理护理、按摩和热敷下腹部、诱导排尿及穴位针灸或注射等排尿方法。结果本组39例尿潴留的患者,其中37例经实施护理后,均自行排尿,2例经诱导无效行导尿术排尿。结论通过物理诱导的方法协助患者排尿,能及时解除痔瘘患者术后尿潴留症状,使其顺利排尿,减少了不必要的导尿操作,大大提高了护理质量。

Objective To summarize the main points of caring patients with retention of urine after the operations of archosyrinx and haemorrhoids. Methods According the patients＇ symptom and signs, we conducted mental care and massage to the patients in difference, applied hot compress to the lower abdomen, and stimulated the acupoints or injected some medicine to make the patients urinate. Results Among the 39 cases involving this study, 37 cases could urinate by themsdves after the induction therapy, 2 resorted to urethral catheterization because the induction therapy was in vain. Conclusion Physical methods are used to induce the patients to urinate. The symptoms of retention of urine can be dislodged on time, which facilitates urinating operation and thus the nursing quality may be increased.
