采用不确定语言型决策方法来解决方案优选等具有多属性的模糊决策问题,提出了基于LOWA算子的多属性决策方法,并利用该方法较好地解决了方案优选问题中的一些难点,为解决此类问题提供了一种很好的通用方法。

This paper introduces the indeterminate - language - decision method to solve the muhiattribute - illegibility - decision problem such as project - choose problem. By using the indeterminate - language - decision method based on LOWA arithmetic operators, the difficulties in the project - choose problem are overcome. It also provides an all - purpose solution for this kind of problem.
