摘要
在材料力学教学中,材料的拉、压、弯、扭以及各种组合实验是必不可少的实验项目。文中研制了一种可以实现不同的加载方式、能够完成多种不同的实验的多功能材料力学实验台。系统具有10通道应变测量和1通道应力测量,使用单片机和模拟/数字转换器构建高精度电路并与PC机通过RS232串口通信,实现了实时数据采集及处理。
In the teaching of material mechanics, the drawing, compression, twisting, bending and various sorts of combination experiment are indispensable. In this paper, one kind of multi - functional material mechanics experimental system has been designed to implement different loading modes and all kinds of experiments. The system has ten channels of strain measurements and I channel of stress measurement, and it uses SCM and analog/digltal converter to construct high - precision circuit. Serial - pert is used to communicate with the computer and real - time data collecting and processing can be realized.
