摘要
结合工作实践,通过分析我校贵重仪器设备共享建设的现状,从做好购前调研,实行责任专家评审制度,建立有效的约束机制和激励机制等方面对高校贵重仪器设备共享管理的思路和做法进行探讨,旨在与大家一起共同谋求提高高校贵重仪器设备的管理水平和使用效益。
By analyzing the present status of sharing valuable equipments in UESTC, this paper discusses the method of sharing the valuable equipments in colleges and universities from many aspects. Investigation and research must be done before purchasing. The experts＇responsibility of judgement must be fulfilled. In this way, the management of valuable equipments can be improved and the utilization efficiency can be increased.
