纳米羟基磷灰石碘油混合物栓塞治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤

Arterial embolization with the mixture of hydroxyapatite nanoparticle and iodized oil treating VX2 liver tumor in the rabbits

目的评价纳米羟基磷灰石（nHAP）碘油混合物治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤的效果。方法将荷瘤兔随机分成3组：A：生理盐水组，B：碘油组，C：nHAP-碘油组，每组20只，开腹经肝动脉注入生理盐水、碘油、nHAP-碘油，比较术后3组肿瘤大小及生长率，ALT、AST水平及瘤兔存活期的差异。结果术后1、2周C组肿瘤体积及生长率明显小于B组和A组，且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；术后1、3、5d，C组和B组ALT、AST水平高于A组，且差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），术后7d，各组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；C组瘤兔的生存期（55．0±9．1）d与A组（38．0±6．4）d、B组（45．5±7．6）d，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论nHAP-碘油混合物能降低肿瘤生长率，延长瘤兔的生存时间，且该混合物无明显肝毒副作用。

Objective To evaluate the antitumor effect of the mixture of nanoparticle hydroxyapatite and lipiodol on VX2 liver tumor in rabbits. Methods Rabbits bearing liver tumors were randomly divided into three groups ： saline group （ A）, lipiodol group （ B ）, and nHAP-lipiodol group （ C）, with 20 rabbits in each group. After the operation, the volumes of tumors and growth ratios, the levels of serum ALT and AST and the survival time of the rabbits were compared. Results In group C, the volumes of tumors and the average growth ratios at first or second week were significantly lower than those in group A or group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels of ALT and AST were increased in all groups, and both of them in group B or group C were significantly higher than those in group A within 5 days （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no significant difference 7 days later. The survival time in group C （55.0 ±9.1 days） was significantly longer than that in group B （45.5 ± 7.6 ） days or group A （ 38.0 ± 6.4） days （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion nHAP-hpiodol mixture could inhibit the tumor growth ratios, prolong the survival time of the rabbits,but it had no side-effects to liver of rabbits.
