摘要
综述了美国与加拿大姑息护理团队构成与功能上的特点及其区别,提出我国在构建姑息护理团队的过程中应转变思想观念,大力推广姑息护理教育,加大全科医生和临床护理专家的培养力度,建立符合我国国情的姑息护理团队。
It reviewed the characteristics and difference of construction and functions of palliative nursing team between USA and Canada. It put forward that one should change one＇s idea in constructing palliative nursing team in China, and one should vigorously generalize palliative nursing education. One should enhance the training of general practitioners and clinical nursing specialists and build up a palliative nursing team suited to national condition in China as well.
