摘要
[目的]了解医院护士的工作倦怠水平及其影响因素。[方法]采用中式工作倦怠量表(CMBI)对医院175名护士进行调查。[结果]护士工作倦怠检出率为69.1%,其中轻度工作倦怠的检出率为34.8%,中度倦怠为30.3%,高度倦怠为4.0%;年龄、工龄和婚姻状况等对护士的工作倦怠水平有一定影响。[结论]医院护士的工作倦怠水平达轻中度,应采取积极措施进行干预。
Objective： To find out work lassitude level of hospital nurses and its influencing factors. MethodS： A total of 175 nurses were investigated by filling out Chinese Maslach burnout inventory （CMBI）. Results.. The detection rate of burnout among nurses was 69.1%. The detection rate of slight burnout among nurses was 34.8 %. The detection rate of moderate burnout among nurses was 30.3 %. And the detection rate of high burnout among nurses was only 4.0%. Factors including age, working age and marital state of nurses have some influences on their work burnout level. Conclusion： Hospital nurses have slight to moderate work burnout. One should take some positive measures to intervene on it.
