通过对泰州市肉类食品安全现状的调查,摸清了泰州市肉及肉制品生产、加工、经营企业的基本情况和产品质量安全状况,掌握了肉及肉制品安全监管现状,找出了当前在肉食品生产、加工、流通及消费环节中存在的安全隐患,提出了合理化的对策和建议。

Through investigating safety status of meat food in Tai - zhou city, the basic situations including production and distribution companies and their product qualities in the whole city were gotten, their current situation to control the safeties of meat and meat product were grasped, the safety problems in processing, circulating and consuming course were pointed out, and the rational countermeasure and suggestion which could be used as reference, was put forward.
