学术期刊的浮躁现象及其对策

Impetuosity in the Academic Periodical Community and the Responding Countermeasures

学术期刊的浮躁现象主要表现为:迎合社会上的学术浮躁,期刊的功能被异化;成为各种评价指标的奴隶,对一些指标进行人为干扰;不顾自身条件,一味追求国际化。抵制浮躁,不仅是学术期刊的社会责任,也是期刊自身实现可持续发展的基本要求。最后,提出了抑制学术期刊浮躁现象,提高我国学术期刊质量的对策。

Affected by the impetuosity in the society, especially in the community ot science researcn, me academic periodicals have showed some abnormalities, such as distorting the function of the academic periodical just for pandering to the impulsive phenomena in the society, being restricted by some unreasonable periodical evaluation systems, pursuing unrealistically internationalization of the academic periodical, and so on. These abnormalities are not beneficial for the sustainable development of the academic periodical. To resist impetuosity is not only the social accountability of academic periodicals, but also the basic requirement of periodicals＇ self-realization. In the end the responding countermeasures have been put forward for improving the quality of the academic periodicals.
