人类在创造文化的过程中必须交流思想、协调行动,而语言则是人类最主要的交际工具。与此同时,语言作为思想的直接现实,又是信息和知识的载体。因此,通过对女性语言特点的分析来揭示英语语言的性别歧视现象,并找出这些现象的社会、文化根源。

Human beings should communicate and coordinate during the course of culture creation, so language is the most important communication tool for us. At the same time, language can carry out information and knowledge as the direct reality of ideas. The essay tries to delineate sex prejudice in English language and find the social and cultural reason of these phenomena by the analysis of female language.
