摘要 本文报道了辽东湾4个采样点海冰样品中异养细菌、异养真菌、粪大肠菌群等微生物的分离,并用海水和淡水培养基分别对其进行了菌数分离比较。同时还对其中两个采样点的冰下水与沉积物样品做了分离对照。结果表明。海冰(化冰水)样品中异养细菌的丰度为:10 ̄3~10 ̄5CFU/dm ̄3;异养真菌为:10 ̄1~10 ̄2CFU/dm ̄3;弧菌为:<10 ̄2~10 ̄3CFU/dm ̄3;石油烃降解菌为:10 ̄2~10 ̄4CFU/dm ̄3(鲅鱼圈沿岸两个采样点);粪大肠菌群数为:<20~2.3×10 ̄3个/dm ̄3。菌数分离还表明,营口鲅鱼圈港沿岸(海星湾、月芽湾)两个采样点比人工岛和葫芦岛两点的菌数高1~2个数量级,受人为活动沾污明显。另外.分离实验表明,用淡水和海水培养基分离海冰中微生物所获菌数均在一个数量级范围内,无明显差异。 In the paper,the isolation of the microorganisms including heterotrophic bacteria、fungi and fecal coliform in the sea ice samples collected from four sites in Liaodong Bay was reported. The quantities of the bacteria isolated by the sea water culture medium were compared with that isolated by the distilled water culture medium, the difference between them was only one factor, not obviously. Mean while, the results above were compared with the isolation of the microorganism in the sediment and water samples under the sea ice collected from two sites. The research results showed that the quantity of the heterotrophic bacteria in the sea ice was 10 ̄3~10 ̄5CFU/dm ̄3;the fungi was 10 ̄1~10 ̄2 CFU/dm ̄3;the Vibrio was <10 ̄2~10 ̄3 CFU/dm ̄3;the bacteria of the gradable oil was 10 ̄2~10 ̄4 CFU/dm ̄3(in Starfish bay and Screcent moon bay);the fecal coliform was <20~2.3×10 ̄3 cells/dm ̄3.The quantities of the bacteria in the samples collected from 2 sites(Starfish bay and Screcent moon bay along coastal of Bayuquan Yingkou city) were the order of magnitude of 1~2 higher than those from man-made island and Huludao which indicated former places were contaminated obviously by the human activities.
