本文运用生产函数和索洛余值法分析了河北省科技进步对经济增长的作用,同时对全国及部分省市的技术进步贡献率进行了测算,分析河北科技进步对经济增长的影响,通过比较为河北经济发展提出了政策建议。

From the experimental analysis on the effects of scientific development on economic increase in hebei by using production function and solow residual value method, and calculating distribution rate of scientific development of our country and some provinces, we analysis the effects of scientific development on economic increase in hebei and bring forward some suggestions.
