Training Technical and Applied Talent by Making Use of Social Resources

结合教学经验和高职院校培养“技能型、应用型”人才的要求,本文介绍了如何加强校外实习,从而真正实现学院与社会零距离、学生与岗位的零距离。

Combining the experiences of teaching and the task of higher education of training the technical and applied student, this paper suggests how to enhance the exercitation out of the campus and thus to realize the aim of narrowing the gaps between the campus and the social and that between .graduate experience and the needs of their future works.
