摘要
为研究电光性眼炎的发病机理并探讨防治措施,用顺磁自旋共振谱仪(ESR)直接测出紫外线照射后兔角膜中新的自由基信号。实验结果表明兔角膜上皮中脂质过氧化反应和前列腺素含量显著增加(P<0.01),角膜炎症明显。用0.05%地塞米松或0.25%消炎痛油剂在照射前、后滴眼者,上述改变显著减轻(P<0.01),并得到病理组织学的证实。电焊工使用结果证明0.5%消炎痛眼液对电光性眼炎有显著的预防作用(P<0.01)。通过电焊光不同距离和时间的曝光实验和辐照度的测定,表明3m、15秒、辐照度74.9~149.8μW/cm ̄2为相对安全阈值,可供预防电光性眼炎参考。
In order to study the pathogenesis and protection of dectric photophthalmia,the new free radical in UV-irradiated rabbits'cornea was determined by direct Electron Spin Resonance(ESR).The levels of lipid peroxide and PG were increased in UV-irradiated rabbits'corneal epithelium(P< 0.01).If 0.05%dexamethasone or 0.25%indomethacin oil drops were instilled in the conjunctival sac of rabbits before and after UV irradiation,the above changes could be obviously suppressed.They were proved in uItrastructural studies.The clinical observation of welding workers,revealed that 0.5%in-domethacin eye drops could obviously decrease the incidence of electric photophthalmia(P<0.01).A series of observation of irradiating experiment by different duration and distance,and the measurement of the power of welding arc suggested that 15 seconds of irradiation in a distance of 3 metres,and 74.9 ~149.8μW/cm ̄2 of irradiating power may be the relative safe threshold value.
