我国正在进行社会主义新农村建设,为发展农业经济,需要从农业产业自身的特点出发,依法治农,完善农业立法体系。从农业发展的自身规律出发,概括论述农业立法体系的基本体系,从纵向看中国农业立法分为5个层次,从横向看主要涵盖17个领域。

We are constructing socialistic country; we should perfect legal system to develop agricultural economy. This article discusses Chinese legislation of agriculture, which comprises five sequences and seventeen fields.
