This article attempts to illuminate the internal-approaches and presumptions of professor Deng Zheng-lai＇ s Jurisprudence of China ： Where to go, which holistically criticizes the jurisprudence of China. Thereon it analyzes the criticism and constructivity embodied by the key-conception, ＂China＇s legal ambition prospect＂. Tben it clarifies the contributions highlighted by professor Deng Zheng-lai＇s epistemic-approach and indicates its potential limits and deficiencies.
