摘要
采用Wister雄性大鼠,分组饲以7%、17%、27%蛋白质水平的饲料,观察运动对大鼠脂质过氧化作用的影响。结果表明:运动可改变肝脏脂质过氧化物的含量,运动后肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性增高,还原型谷胱甘肽含量下降,各组中以17%蛋白质摄入水平大鼠运动耐力最强。据此可知,衰竭运动可增强脂质过氧化作用,运动对7%蛋白质摄入水平大鼠的影响最大,17%蛋白质摄入水平可有效地抵御脂质过氧化作用,27%组未显出这种优势。
The effect of exercise on lipid peroxidation was observed in Wistar male rats fed on a diet containing 7%,17%, 27% protein levels. The results showed that exercise could alter lipid peroxides content. Glutathione peroxidase activity was increased and glutathione was depleted in liver after exercise. It was also found that rats fed on 17%protein showed stronger endurance after exercise. According to the results,it indicated that exhaustive exercise could enhance lipid peroxidation;the effect of exercise on the rats fed on 7%protein was larger than the others,the intake of protein at 17% level could have a good effect on antioxidants,and 27% protein level did not show any more beneficial effect in rats.
