甘草拮抗附子心律失常毒性的机理研究

Antagonism of Liquorice toward Arrhythmia Induced by Prepared Aconite Root

附子含大量乌头碱，对心肌呈明显毒性作用，中毒时出现心律失常。本实验结果表明：对乌头碱诱发的心律失常甘草甜素无对抗作用，而甘草类黄酮与异甘草素有明显拮抗作用。

Containing large amounts of aconitine,prepared aconite root has a toxic effect on the myocardium,causing arrhythmia.The results of this experiment showed that glycyrrhizin did not counteract arrhythmia induced by aconitine,while liquorice flavonoid and isoliquiritigenin had obvious antagonism towards it.The results suggest that the detoxifying component in Liquorice might be the flavonoid compound,isoliquiritigenin.
