摘要
研究了单张纸胶印机变速输纸机构——齿轮连杆机构的优化设计问题。通过理论分析,建立了以纸张到达前规时的速度和传动角大小相结合作为目标函数的优化设计数学模型,应用MATLAB的优化工具箱对设计模型进行优化求解。针对实例进行了优化设计,并对结果进行了分析比较,对改进齿轮连杆机构的设计有一定的参考作用。
The optimal design of geared linkage mechanism used in sheet-fed printer is researched. On the basis of theoretical analysis ,the paper transferred the speed that paper reached the feed lay as and the driving angle to be the objective in the optimal design, and the model is optimized based on matlab. The numerical solution of a practical example is presented,which proved that the method is helpful and practical.
