面向多品种小批量机械产品的反馈修正式报价响应技术研究

Research on Technology of Responding for Multi-specification and Small-batch Mechanical Production Quotation Based on Feedback Amendment

针对多品种小批量机械产品的特点,分析了产品实例模块成本与需求产品初始报价间的关系,在获得反馈修正系数的基础上,建立产品需求特征变量和产品模块同报价公式间的报价规则映射,实现了面向多品种小批量机械产品的反馈修正式报价方法。该方法在电除尘器产品报价中得到了应用,取得了较好的效果。

Concerning the properties of multi-specification and small-batch mechanical production, the relationship between the cost of instance module and the initial quotation of requirement product is analysed. The quotation rule mapping between the quotation formula and the request-characteristic variable as well as the product module is obtained based on the feedback amendatory coefficient,and the quotation method based on feedback amendment for multi-specification and small-batch mechanical production is realized. This method is adopted in the quotation of electrostatic precipitator and is confirmed to be effective.
